Especially in Business, I have seen some businesses and leaders just struggling once they “hit a certain level of success”.
It’s baffling, isn’t it? But when it comes to business, this phenomenon becomes even more evident. It’s like they’re stuck in a perpetual state of stagnation, unable to grow beyond their current limits.

But I personally feel the stagnation goes beyond just “Hiring The Right Team” or “Automating the Operations”.

What’s remarkable is that these elements often go hand in hand. If one of these issues exists within a business, it’s highly likely that the others are also lurking beneath the surface.
