Especially in Business, I have seen some businesses and leaders just struggling once they “hit a certain level of success”.
It’s baffling, isn’t it? But when it comes to business, this phenomenon becomes even more evident. It’s like they’re stuck in a perpetual state of stagnation, unable to grow beyond their current limits.
They just cannot grow anymore, and numerous Business Coaches and influencers talk on this topic the whole day.
But I personally feel the stagnation goes beyond just “Hiring The Right Team” or “Automating the Operations”.
